Square Feat specializes in representing tenants with lease negotiations, analysis, lease renewals and her fees are paid for by the landlord. A tenant representative is similar to a Buyer Broker when looking for a home. When you purchase a home, the owner pays the commission. It is simialr in a commercial transaction. Unlike the broker who is listed on the building to represent the landlord, Paula is a tenant representative working on your behalf. She can also assist you with design services, furnishings and other products you may need for your business.
